From $1,995*

One-time launch setup · USD

Build the first listing. Connect the launch.

Start with one product listing: seller setup guidance, item-data preparation, category and attribute mapping, and listing copy, a complete listing image set from approved product facts and supplied assets, launch-readiness checks and initial Walmart Connect campaign setup where eligible.

Continue with account management and advertising management from $995/month* in one agreed monthly scope. The launch setup fee and ongoing monthly fee are separate; ad spend is paid to the platform.

Additional products, variations and complex catalog work are quoted. Clients provide business documents, accurate product facts and usable source imagery. Original photography, inventory, legal work, platform and fulfillment fees are separate. Platform approval and advertising eligibility are not guaranteed.

* Starting service fees in USD. Multi-service discounts are available. Call 888-269-3660 for a written scope and custom pricing.

A coordinated path from application to ready-to-sell items

Readiness includes business information, item setup, operational settings and an agreed fulfillment approach. We make those dependencies visible before launch.

Prepare the account

Organize business inputs and setup responsibilities. Your team supplies accurate records and completes required owner verification; Walmart makes account-approval decisions.

Prepare the catalog

Review product identifiers, categories, required attributes, content and variant structure. Track errors and unpublished items separately from creative improvements.

Prepare operations

Coordinate inventory, shipping and customer-service responsibilities. Assess WFS where relevant and verify the agreed live-item and operational checks.

What you receive

A setup and launch checklist, catalog requirements, documented open issues and a clear plan for post-launch ownership. Timing depends on client inputs and platform review.

Define the scope before work begins

Projects are quoted around catalog size, current account status, data quality, content needs and fulfillment complexity. Platform fees, inventory, fulfillment charges and advertising spend are separate.

Your proposal identifies deliverables, responsibilities and the working cadence. You retain ownership of your business accounts.

Common questions

Can you guarantee Walmart will approve our account?

No. Walmart controls account approval, category eligibility and policy decisions. We help prepare the information and resolve issues within the agreed scope.

Can you move our Amazon listings directly to Walmart?

Existing content can provide a starting point, but Walmart data fields, product requirements and shopper context need their own review. We adapt the catalog rather than assume a direct copy will work.

What happens after launch?

Choose ongoing marketplace management or a defined handoff. We agree who owns inventory, customer service, catalog maintenance and advertising before launch.
