Who we are

Digital Marketing Management Corporation (DMM) operates AMZBlueprint.com. DMM provides marketplace consulting, account management and coaching. AMZ Blueprint is DMM's Amazon education and training platform. This policy describes information handled through this website, its inquiry and booking features, and related communications.

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms collect your name, email address and request. You may also provide your phone number, company, store or product URL, budget and timing. Our newsletter form collects your name, email address and subscription choice. When you book or participate in a call, we may receive your contact details, appointment information and information you choose to provide about your business. Live chat processes the messages and contact details you submit. Client-account features process information needed to authenticate your access and provide the features you use.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive account information in general inquiries.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, communicate about requested support and provide services or account features. Website tools also process technical information to operate the site, maintain sessions, protect functionality and understand website usage.

Marketing emails and your choices

Our newsletter signup asks you to choose a subscription to DMM Marketplace Insights. Subscribers receive marketplace guidance, free resources and occasional information about our services. Submitting a service inquiry or booking a call does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

You can ask not to receive marketing emails when you contact us, use the unsubscribe instructions in our marketing emails, or email info@amzblueprint.com with your request. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to respond to your inquiry, manage an appointment or deliver services you request.

We do not sell visitor information

We do not sell or rent visitor information or provide visitor lists to third parties for their own marketing. We do not share visitor information for third-party marketing. The website uses providers to operate its features, as described below; processing by these providers is different from selling visitor information or supplying marketing lists.

Website providers, analytics and embedded content

  • Odoo: hosts this website and supports contact forms, appointments, client accounts and live chat. Information submitted through these functions is processed through Odoo. Read Odoo's Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics: this website loads Odoo's Plausible analytics integration to understand website traffic. Plausible describes its standard analytics as not using cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. This does not mean that every feature on this website is cookie-free. Read Plausible's Data Policy.
  • Embedded and external features: some pages load Google Maps or third-party certification features. Your browser may contact these providers and transmit technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when a feature loads. Read Google's Privacy Policy. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Odoo and other tools may use cookies or similar storage for sessions, authentication, preferences and interactive features. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect login or other functionality.

How long we retain information

We do not use one fixed retention period for every type of information. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining relevant business communications and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Retention decisions take into account the nature of the information, our relationship with you, whether the information remains useful for its purpose, and any legal, accounting or dispute-related requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

If you opt out of marketing, we stop using your contact details for that purpose. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out so that you are not added back to the list. Records needed for services, legal obligations or resolving disputes may be retained separately. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of information associated with you.

Privacy questions and requests

You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request access, correction or deletion, or discuss communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Please do not send sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.
